Mais bon en meme temps maintenant que je me suis lancé dans la greffe je n ai plus trop le choix,je vais donc patienter un peu et voir ce que les choses donnent avec l arret du fina mais a moins d un miracle je pense que je serai obligé d en reprendre a un moment donné.
Je vais donc tout particulierement suivre ton cas morphine car si je reprends un traitement ca sera a 1/3 voir 1/4 de la dose habituelle.

Moi j ai pas de gosses,et ca me fait un peu flipper aussi cette histoire de sterilité,je pense que je passerai les axamens necessaires quand j aurais purgé tout le finasteride.Ca me foutrait bien les boules de perdre mes tifs,de racker pour une greffe pour au final se retrouver chauve avec les couilles atrophiées.
Bon,je dramatise pas non plus au niveau de mes burnes,les douleurs ca a tendence a s attenuer de + en +,c est relou j ai du envoyer chier une nana ce week end car j ai parfois encore mal et je suis pas super en confiance encore avec ca.
Mais je dois avouer que le shedding et l eventuel probleme de sterilité m enchantent vraiment pas quand j y pense.

Je retournerai voir l urologue qui m a examiné dans 1 mois et demi pour faire un premier bilan,je lui demanderai d etre un peu plus concret au sujet des tetards.Si quelqu un a des infos en attendant,il est vraiment le bienvenu.

A propos de l'infertilité :

"Finasteride is a specific inhibitor of the 5alpha reductase enzyme originally approved for the treatment of benign prostatic hypertrophy and also for the treatment of androgenetic alopecia (AGA) in men at a dose of 1 mg/day. We report on three cases of young men recruited at our Centre for Male Infertility who had used finasteride for five years. Semen quality was investigated by light microscopy to evaluate sperm concentration and motility. Sperm morphology was performed by transmission electron microscope (TEM) and the data were analyzed. The presence of Y microdeletions was investigated by PCR. Meiotic segregation was explored by fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH). Patient 1 was azoospermic, patients 2 and 3 showed a normal sperm concentration and severely reduced progressive motility. TEM analysis revealed altered sperm morphology consistent with necrosis and FISH data revealed elevated diploidy and sex chromosome disomy frequencies. "BACKGROUND AND AIM: Androgenetic alopecia (AGA) is undoubtedly the most common form of hair loss in males. It is a condition which may cause cosmetic and psychosocial problems in androgen-dependent cases. In this open, randomized and comparative study we evaluated the efficacy of oral finasteride and 5% topical minoxidil treatment for 12 months in 65 male patients with mild to severe AGA. METHODS: We randomly assigned 40 (61.53%) patients to receive 1 mg/day oral finasteride for 12 months, and 25 (38.47%) patients applied 5% topical minoxidil solution twice daily for 12 months. RESULTS: There were no significant differences between the 2 groups considering age, age of onset of hair loss, family history and type of hair loss (p > 0.05). In the clinical evaluation at the endpoint of treatment, the clinical cure rates (i.e. increased intensity of hair) were 80% (32/40) for the oral finasteride group and 52% (13/25) for the 5% topical minoxidil group. Encountered side effects were all mild, and there was no need to stop the treatment. un petit bilan au bout de 8 mois de dutas à raison de 1 cachet tous les 4 jours ; depuis 1 quinzaine de jours je peux noter un retour à la normale de la "qualité " du sperme qui dès le premier jour de traitement était devenu beaucoup plus fluide.

Et aussi une nette augmentation de la libido ! mais ça va ,ce n'est pas un effet secondaire trop gênant pour moi

Pour rappel j'ai 42 ans avec un norwood 2 qui s'est accru soudainement il y a un peu plus de 1 an et demi .


depuis une vingtaine d'années je regarde le nombre de cheveux au fond de la baignoire ;c'est la nette augmentation (une cinquantaine certains jours )qui m'a mis la puce à l'oreille et la remarque de ma femme qui s' est aperçu du recul soudain d'un golfe lors de ma coupe trimestrielle de cheveux qui m'a fait démarrer les médocs car autrement mes golfes se sont creusés que très très lentement .



Dès le deuxième mois sous dutas ,tout est rentré dans l'ordre au niveau du nombre de cheveux retrouvés et j'ai l'impression qu'en huit mois je n'ai pas eu de recul de mes golfes .
