J'ai subi une greffe de cheveux en 2004 à la clinique brétéché de Nantes par la technique du punch 2mm. A l'époque je n'avais que 22 ans ce qui n'a pas empêché le docteur Pierre Poirier de me greffer sans complexe....

Pour faire court cette technique de greffe de cheveux était une alternative à tout les prélèvements bandelette raté de ces dernières années... Cette technique consistait donc à prélever de gros greffons de 2mm de diamètre dans la zone donneuse et à les implanter tel quel sur la zone receveuse...
La densité des greffes au cm² avoisine les 10 ce qui est très peu... Cela donne l'aspect comme vous pouvez le voir sur ma tête de gros paquet de cheveux espacés...
Imaginez qu ce docteur m'a placer ces horreurs alors que je n'avais que 22 ans... De plus ces greffes ont été implantées sur une zone qui était totalement chauve à l'époque...
On voit également que cette technique laisse de grosses traces voire même des cratères sur la zone receveuse ce qui rend rédhibitoire l'option boula à Z.
De plus au niveau de la zone donneuse chaque prélèvement laisse une trace de 3mm² de diamètre.. Ce qui laisse un occiput meurtri et un aspect de mitage...

De plus le docteur Poirier ne s'est même pas donné la peine de dessiné ma ligne frontale et donc m' a fait mes sites receveur à la va vite si bien que le résultat n'est même pas symétrique...

Pour ce qui est de l'opération en elle même l'anesthésie locale est faite par une énorme aiguille qui rentre dans la zone occipitale ce qui est très douloureux (bien plus qu'une FUT). D'ailleurs je n'ai retrouvé la sensibilité de ma nuque seulement 6 mois après l'intervention et je n'exagère pas...

Pour ce qui est de l'implantation on m'a fait les sites receveurs des greffons avec de grosses aiguilles et on m'a mis des bâtons glacés dans chacun des trous ce qui était sensé les dilater... Cette technique date du moyen age plus personne n'utilise cela à part la clinique brétéché.... Ce mode de création de sites donne cet aspect cratère immonde... De plus l'orientation des greffes est totalement anarchique... Ce qui donne un rendu final non naturel... Les greffes prélevées ne sont pas redécoupées ce qui fait que les implanteuses mettent des gros patés bien gras.... Vu que j'étais glabre sur le site receveur vous voyez l'aspect que cela donne...
Par ailleurs il est criminel d'appliquer cette technique sur les golfes d'un jeune de 22 ans car il est évident que la calvitie évoluera et isolera ces immondes poireaux...

Voilà ce docteur a donc défigurer un jeune de 22 ans qui n' était évidemment pas prévenu de la réalité par le greffeur pour la modique somme de 2400€..

Même si ce greffeur est décédé en 2005 le docteur Dominique Dervieux a repris la suite et en fait de même de nos jours à la clinique brétéché de Nantes...

1.25 mg de proscar tous les deux jours
rogaine foam tous les soirs
sebiprox deux fois par semaine
